1. The 72-hour guarantee
We want you to feel completely comfortable trying Voxel. Every new server comes with a 72-hour money-back guarantee: if you’re not happy within your first three days, contact us and we’ll refund your most recent payment in full — no interrogation, no hard feelings.
2. Eligibility
To keep things fair, the guarantee applies to:
- your first purchase of a given plan;
- requests made within 72 hours of the payment;
- accounts in good standing that haven’t breached our Terms of Service.
3. How to request a refund
Just open a ticket from your dashboard or message us on Discord with your account email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
4. Exceptions
A few things fall outside the guarantee: dedicated IP add-ons and domain registrations (which carry costs we can’t recover), renewals beyond the first term, and accounts terminated for abuse. These would be assessed case by case.
5. Renewals & upgrades
The guarantee covers your first term. After that, plans renew automatically until you cancel — you can turn off renewal any time from your dashboard. Upgrades are prorated, so you only ever pay for what you use.
6. Chargebacks
If something goes wrong, please reach out first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to the account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
