1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Voxel website and any services described on it (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
You confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, and that any information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
2. The service
Voxel provides game-server hosting and related tooling, including a control panel, file access and automated backups. We work hard to keep everything running smoothly, but the Service is offered on an “as available” basis and specific features may change, improve or be retired over time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access. We may suspend or limit accounts that appear compromised in order to protect you and other customers.
4. Acceptable use
To keep the platform safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law, or infringe someone else’s rights;
- host or distribute malware, run attacks, or attempt to disrupt our network or others’;
- send spam, mine cryptocurrency without permission, or place abusive load on shared resources;
- store or share content that is unlawful, hateful, or harmful to minors.
Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension or termination without refund.
5. Payments & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the cycle you choose (for example monthly or quarterly). Prices are shown before checkout and may change with reasonable notice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your region.
6. Cancellation & termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; your plan then remains active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end the Service where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continuing would put our platform at risk. Our Refund Policy explains when a refund applies.
7. Backups & your data
Your content remains yours. We provide automated backups as a convenience, but you are encouraged to keep your own copies of anything important. We will never sell your server data, and we handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know directly. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
