1. Uptime commitment
Voxel targets 99.9% network uptime each calendar month for active, paid servers. If we miss that target due to issues within our control, you may be eligible for a service credit as set out below.
2. Definitions
- Uptime — the percentage of the month your server is reachable on our network.
- Downtime — sustained periods where your server is unreachable due to a fault on our side.
- Service credit — a credit applied to your account against future invoices.
3. Service credits
Where eligible, monthly credits are calculated against the affected server’s monthly fee:

| 98.0% – 95.0% | 50% |
| Below 95.0% | 100% |
Credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to meet the uptime commitment.
4. How to claim
Open a ticket within 14 days of the incident, including the affected server and the approximate times. We’ll review our monitoring data and apply any credit to your account within one billing cycle.
5. Exclusions
The commitment does not cover downtime caused by:
- scheduled maintenance announced in advance on our status page;
- your own software, plugins, mods or configuration;
- misuse, abuse, or breaches of the Terms of Service;
- events outside our reasonable control, such as wider internet or upstream outages.
